Does Drinking Water Help Acne


How would you feel if I tell you that drink water and your acne will go away? many people suffering from acne are desperate to know How does drinking water help acne?.

Water is a very essential element of our life.
In order to find the existence of life on the planets, Scientist try to find out the existence of water. If there is water then there is possibility of life being there.

Before I proceed to explain how does water help acne, I want to assure you that water can do a very good job to reduce acne by hydrating and detoxifying our body.
A certain amount of water intake is very necessary to keep your body working properly.


How does water help to reduce acne.

Our body has a mechanism of Detoxification ( the system which flush out the toxins to keep our body toxin free). The main organs which perform the function of detoxification are the two kidneys which are located adjacent to each other.
Kidneys perform this process with the help of water. The more water will pass through the kidneys, the more properly and more toxins will be filtered through the kidneys.

In a case, if kidneys do not get enough water then it will results in the dysfunction of kidneys. If kidneys will not work properly then toxins will be overloaded in the kidneys causing the toxins to flush out by other means.

The other mean for toxins to be flushed out is our skin pores. Therefore skin is also said to be a third kidney of our body.

When toxins try to escape through the pores of the skin, then skin pores turn out to be blocked. This blockage causes the toxins to get build under the skin which then inflames them.

When you drink more water then you will urinate more, which will help in flushing out more toxins through kidney and urine.

It clearly shows that by drinking enough water you can properly detoxify and hydrate your body, which in turn will help you to reduce your acne.


How much water to consume daily?

Once you have decided to drink water but the other question is How much water to consume?
How to determine whether you are having a proper amount of water or not?
Is there any method to measure the amount of water?
The answer is yes. You can determine the amount of water to be consumed daily by checking the color of urine.

Check if the urine is yellowish in color or its clear. When it is yellowish then you have to increase your water intake until it gets clear. Once urine gets clear then it means that you are drinking right amount of water.
